LDK provides project-level technical support including installation drawings, assembly guidance and remote consultation during the installation phase. The specific support scope is confirmed per project.
Site preparation
Before system delivery, LDK supplies foundation and civil-work requirements so the site can be prepared in parallel. A properly prepared site ensures efficient system assembly and long-term stability.
Assembly documentation
Every system ships with detailed assembly documentation including component schedules, step-by-step guidance and dimension verification checkpoints.
Remote support
LDK provides remote technical support during installation — including video consultation, drawing review and coordination with local contractors — to help ensure the system is assembled to specification.
On-site options
On-site installation supervision or full installation teams can be discussed for qualifying projects. Availability depends on the project location and scope.
